Interesting Cabinet Design For More Space

I'm always on the look out for interesting wood working projects. This one is rather unique but I'm not sure if the expense of the wood is worth the limited space. It would depend on if you could source the wood cheaply. Though it does save space for small items that don't fall over. Might make a cool display case for a traveling Green Wizard or Snake Oil Salesperson, lol.

At first glance I thought this is neat! After reading the comments by Jay who is a carpenter it appears this method wouldn’t last long mainly because the glue would succumb to humidity. He suggests ways to improve the design for longer use and sustainability. Read his comment for more details
