USDA Plant Hardiness Zone Map has been updated

Zones are based on the average annual extreme minimum temperature during a 30-year period.
Now I need to know whether average last frost in spring is earlier. Have not kept my own weather records.

New map is consistent with my own observations
The new map is consistent with my own observations. If I enlarge the map enough it shows that I have moved from 7b to 8a by a couple of miles.
