Basically scientists found that the repetitive actions and mental focus of the computer game Tetris, helped to short circuit the imprinting of traumatic memories if played within a short time of having a traumatic event. Helps with PTSD as well. Much better than drugs.
Given the way that the collapse is going to increase incidents of crisis and emergencies, maybe having an old handheld game of Tetris in your medical first aid kit would be warranted.
