I've come across this medicinal cider in many books. Does anyone use it? With the Winter cold and flu season coming, it looks like something to keep on the shelf.

I make a few litres of it when I can find the ingredients in good quality around here, organic. It's excellent. I add turmeric and rosemary, among whatever else inspires me at the moment.

Don't forget to save the solids that come out of it, mince them and then combine with honey to make a chutney that is utterly delicious, too!
