Spraying your door seals of your car and home with a little cooking oil is a good one. We often get freezing rain here in St Louis and trying to get your car door unstuck can be a pain. I also like the idea of putting a plastic bag on your mirrors. Seems like they always are hard to scrap off.

I've noticed both of my car's front windows will fog up on the inside. Tells me that I have some moisture in the compartment. I'll have to try a couple of old soaks filled with cat litter put on the dashboard to see if that helps.
