Fascinating! A company in Rwanda is using drones to deliver blood to critical access hospitals in rural areas, and they are getting ready to expand into Tanzania. Article says they are electric--doesn't say if the company uses solar power to charge them, but that would make sense. According to the map with the article, there are 1300 rural hospitals in the US that could benefit. Looks like good story fodder to me.
