Onion Harvest in my Far Bed

I mentioned that the far bed which was planted just with onions had been hit very badly by the 100 degree plus period during July.

I dug up what was there last weekend.

Not the greatest, perhaps 2 pounds of smaller onions. Enough for a good slow cooked pot roast, resulting in several meals. Still not good. That gnarly root on the left is a carrot.

I didn't harvest some of the bigger ones growing in the other beds yet.
